- The two cross-sections numbered 7 and 8 were inside a plastic container labelled “Göreme, Cappadocia, Turchia, Chiesa di Ihlara. Fragment of mural painting; TUR/1995/7 and TUR/1995/8.” There are no references to these two cross-sections in the IC Catalogue. In the Excel file “20201106_LIST_Mora-sample-coll_TURKEY”, samples TUR/1995/7 and TUR/1995/8 are listed as coming from Göreme, Cappadocia. However, there is no church named Ihlara in Göreme. In the Ihlara Valley, a church named Yılanlı Church can be found. Until further clarification, both samples are classified as unknown.
